What is baptism?
Water Baptism is the outward expression of your inner faith in Jesus.
At Harbor City Church, we believe that water baptism is an outward expression of one’s inner faith—that it’s God’s plan for every believer to be baptized in water (Matthew 28:19; Acts 2:38; 10:47,48)

Can I have my child baptized?
We believe that baptism is a decision one has to make independently and so requires mental maturity. We do not baptize children under the age of 7 and instead recommend that their parents/guardians have them publicly dedicated to the lord before the church and family until they reach an age where they can make the decision for themselves.
